We don't look at individuals in isolation. We look at the team. Your minutes are pooled across your entire account.

Example: A team of 3 users gets a shared bucket of 3,000 minutes. If User A is a talker (1,000 mins) and User B is quiet (200 mins), you're still perfectly within limits.

What's Included

  • International Calls: These are billed per second at standard rates.
  • Call Centers: High-volume outbound sales environments need a custom plan.
  • Resale: You cannot resell our VoIP service to others.

We know business fluctuates. If you hit your limit, we won't auto-suspend you and leave you disconnected.

We also won't hit you with surprise penalty fees. We simply charge standard rates for the excess.
